Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for finding and qualifying new business leads in high-demand destinations. This role requires strong prospecting skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities through the sales cycle to close deals. Your success will drive acquisition in a competitive environment by leveraging your expertise in lead generation, qualification, and closing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect for net new supply in high-demand areas to match traveler demand.
* Create and execute a territory plan to build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring attainment of set quarterly revenue targets.
* Develop a contact and call strategy to achieve and exceed targets.
* Daily outreach using discovery, value pitch, and compelling closing statements to gain commitment.
* Execute effectively against all targets, goals, and strategic objectives set by leadership.
Skill Requirements:
* Highly fluent in German and English.
* 1-2 years of inside sales experience and acquisition/prospecting experience.
* Proven success in lead generation and lead qualification.
* Proven success in telephone and face-to-face sales.
* Experience in consultative sales roles.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems and Tableau or other BI platforms.
