Electrical Engineering Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Project Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading various projects from an electrical perspective and working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
\
* Lead the analysis of complex engineering problems and implement effective solutions.
* Provide support to proposal development, ensuring all electrical aspects are accurately represented.
* Assemble and manage bid, approval, and construction issue electrical packages in an efficient and lean manner.
* Monitor and mentor junior electrical engineers, ensuring their work meets high standards.
* Conduct thorough reviews of peer electrical engineers' work for accuracy and quality.

The ideal candidate will possess:
\
* A Third Level Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline.
* 10+ years of formal experience in heavy industrial engineering design, preferably in a leadership role.
* Chartered or working towards same.
* Demonstrable advanced experience in complete electrical engineering design services.
\
Key skills and qualifications include:
\
* Advanced knowledge of all applicable electrical engineering codes, standards, and industry best practices.
* Commercially aware and able to undertake value engineering activities and implement new technologies where appropriate.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare detailed specifications and contract documents.

REMUNERATION: €70,000 - €100,000 per annum EUR
