Working closely with clients, you will design bespoke kitchens that balance creativity, practicality, and budget, while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Overview: Drive the creative direction of projects from initial ideas through to final presentations, including concept creation and visual storytelling. Strong technical design knowledge is essential, with experience in kitchen design considered a significant advantage. Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing sales environment. Conduct in-depth kitchen design appointments with clients. Interpret client ideas and requirements, transforming them into inspiring, functional designs. Prepare accurate and competitive cost proposals that align with client expectations and budgets. Responsibilities: Meet with clients to discuss their lifestyle, preferences, and functional requirements for their kitchen spaces. Develop detailed kitchen designs using industry-standard CAD software. Offer professional guidance on space planning, materials, finishes, and appliances. Work closely with clients to refine and approve final design solutions. Ensure all design outputs meet internal quality benchmarks and satisfy client requirements. Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to support smooth project delivery and installation. Keep informed of emerging trends, innovations, and best practices within kitchen and residential design. Requirements: Qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a closely related field. Minimum of five years' experience working on residential interior projects within Ireland. In-depth knowledge of Irish building regulations and residential design standards. A strong track record of managing projects from early concept stages through to completion.
