Job Description:
Red Chair Recruitment is seeking a Conferencing and Banqueting Manager for a 4-star hotel in Killarney, County Kerry.
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage a team for all events, including weddings, banqueting, and conferences, ensuring the smooth operation of these events by maintaining high staff training standards for excellent service.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of Conference & Banqueting experience in 4*/5* hotel environments is essential.
* Experience managing large weddings, conferences, and functions with a focus on high service standards.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills.
* Collaborate closely with the Sales & Events team regarding all aspects of conference and banqueting.
* Oversee the smooth operation of all events in the hotel.
* Coordinate with the Executive Chef/Head Chef and kitchen team to meet specific event requests.
Package on Offer:
* Competitive salary of €40,000 – €45,000, depending on experience.
