Midlands Park Hotel is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding food, service, and guest experiences.
What You'll Do
* Lead and inspire a high performing hospitality team
* Oversee daily operations, ensure smooth service and exceptional guest care
* Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
* Maintain high standards in food, service, and compliance
* Recruit, train, develop and mentor team members

* Proven experience as a General Manager or senior hospitality leader
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Passion for food, service, and guest experience
* Commercial mindset with strong operational knowledge
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
