Title: EMEA Payroll Specialist
Location: Dublin, Ireland (hybrid working – 3 days onsite per week)
Salary: €45,000 – €52,000 per annum, plus bonus, equity and full benefits package

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join an EMEA payroll team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong payroll knowledge and a desire to learn, grow and contribute to a collaborative and high-performing environment.
This is a permanent position within a company that plans to double in size over the next few years, offering outstanding long-term progression. You’ll work with a global team supporting payroll operations across multiple countries, including Ireland, France and Poland, and manage relationships with external vendors.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of monthly payrolls across several countries within the EMEA region.
* Coordinate with external service providers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to service level agreements.
* Verify all employee changes, benefits, and compensation updates are processed accurately.
* Support internal stakeholders by responding to payroll-related questions and conducting regional payroll clinics when necessary.
* Manage annual declarations, statutory filings and compliance with payroll-related legislation.
* Collaborate with HR and finance teams to deliver audits, reporting and process improvement projects.
* Partner with internal functions to coordinate onboarding for new employees across EMEA.
* Assist with payroll input for equity schemes, including stock-based compensation where applicable.
* Work with the wider payroll and finance teams on continuous improvement projects and system enhancements.
What You’ll Bring
* Ideally 2 years of experience processing payroll or working in a finance, accounting or HR capacity.
* Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes; exposure to multi-country payroll is a bonus.
* Solid organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
* Comfortable managing competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
* Effective communicator with a customer-focused approach.
