Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to design and deliver enterprise-grade low-code solutions for public sector clients in Ireland. You will play a key role in driving adoption of Microsoft Power Platform technologies while contributing to high‑quality, customer‑focused delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents) aligned to best practices
Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members
Configure and optimise Microsoft Dataverse models and integrations
Ensure high standards of quality, governance, and delivery
Contribute to Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement
Support adoption of cloud solutions using the Power Platform
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience delivering Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents)
Strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse, data modelling, and integrations
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Dynamics 365
Experience using Power Apps Test Studio or similar testing tools
Experience with SQL, SharePoint, or other data sources
Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for CI/CD
Experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Forms)
Power BI experience
Experience integrating APIs or third‑party systems
Experience with Azure PaaS / Integration Services
