An excellent 12-month fixed term opportunity for an Assoc. Spclst, Medical Affairs at our Red Oak site.
Reporting to the Assoc. Director of Medical Affairs.
What you will do
Bring energy, knowledge, innovation, and leadership to carry out the following
* Working on assigned projects e.g. medical education initiatives.
* Where appropriate and with support from the medical affairs team, play a role in identifying, developing and maintaining credible relationships with project stakeholders externally
* Collaboration across Our Company's internal functions to help the team with strategic planning process
* Providing administrative support for Patient Access Programs and support development of early access processes.
* Developing partnerships with market access, regulatory and development colleagues to appropriately and rapidly support gaining access for patients to our medicines e.g NCPE presentation supports, HTAs, CSAs etc.
* Supporting operational aspects for LDGs, working alongside Medical Advisors, and other internal and external personnel. Providing operational and study management support in the planning, conduct and reporting activities
* Lead the metrics dashboard for the medical team and our CTs trackers
* Identify systems or process improvements to enable the department to run efficiently, leading in the digital space.
* Review of Medical Affairs Curricula Conducting thorough reviews and updates of training materials to maintain compliance and relevance.
* Support with development of patient pathway/ stakeholder mapping for new TAs.
In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have
* Bachelor's Level 8 degree in Science, Engineering or other Technical Discipline/ or relevant experience
