Job Description:
As a seasoned Bar Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the bar, delivering exceptional customer service and upholding high standards of quality and hospitality.
The role requires 3 years' experience as a Bar Manager in a high-volume environment. You must possess excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as strong knowledge of bar operations, stock control, and health and safety regulations.
You will be responsible for:
