Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Customer Transformation team, responsible for developing and implementing Customer & UX strategies, digital solutions, and product experiences.
The role involves collaborating with clients on customer-facing function transformation, driving sustainable growth through innovative product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand market and customer needs, and business objectives.
Define product vision and strategy, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
Use human-centered design methodologies to ideate, co-design, and conceptualise innovative product solutions.
Create user journey maps to identify pain points and opportunities.
Design prototypes to validate solutions.
Facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders in a design-led process.
Conduct user testing to gather feedback and transform it into actionable steps.
Collect, prioritise and translate comprehensive product requirements into features and user stories.
Maintain product roadmaps, manage budgets, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Foster a culture of innovation, active listening and collaboration, co-designing solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, and business analysts.
Present concepts and solutions to stakeholders and drive alignment.
Advocate for user-centered design principles to ensure positive user experience.

Requirements / What we look for
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in customer practice at Senior Consultant Level.
Degree in Business with a STEM qualification (e.g., Computer Science, UX Design, Product Design, Human Factors Engineering) or related field.
Proven track record of designing and delivering successful products or digital transformation projects from strategy to implementation.
Experience delivering customer-centred technology solutions and design-led innovation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Understanding of CMS platforms (e.g., AEM, Sitefinity), CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce), digital and emerging technologies, AI, and data & analytics.
Experience with Figma and Microsoft Azure.
