Service Operations Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Operations Leader to join our dynamic aftersales team. As the leader, you will oversee service operations and lead a growing team of highly trained technicians. You will work closely with our sales and aftersales teams to provide exceptional servicing solutions, developing and implementing service procedures and maintaining customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a customer-first ethos and at least 2 years of experience in a service assistant or manager role at a main dealership. Your role will involve evaluating dealership service performance and taking charge of improving service processes, boosting revenue, and implementing best practices within the service department.
