Job Description
We have an exciting Head of Manufacturing Services role within a leading indigenous electronics company based in Shannon, Clare. This is a full-time, permanent position and is based fully on-site in Shannon.
This key member of the management team will play a pivotal role in contributing to the success of the business by overseeing various manufacturing support and supply services such as molding operations, Surface Mount Assembly operations and facilities Operations to ensure continued effective management of efficiency, quality, cost, H&S and technological integration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Production Capacity Planning: Plan production capacity and workflows to optimize resources and meet projected output targets. Oversee day-to-day operations of molding and surface mount assembly operations through relevant managers and supervisors.
