Front of House Administrator
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic business environment as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. The successful candidate will provide a friendly and efficient welcome, manage a busy switchboard, and support day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception desk and switchboard to ensure all visitors and callers receive a professional and courteous welcome.
- Maintain a clean and organised environment in the reception area and meeting rooms.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and handle daily administrative duties including post, couriers, taxi bookings, stationery orders, scanning, filing, franking, and label printing.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Reception and/or Administrative role.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel software.
- Exposure to basic finance administration is a plus.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable handling confidential information.
- Friendly and approachable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
