Job Description
A key part of our team will be responsible for designing, building and operating production-grade Python services that power document and AI workflows. This includes owning document ingestion and management pipelines, implementing RAG/semantic search systems that combine LLMs with document retrieval, developing prompting strategies for real-world usage, as well as deploying services using cloud infrastructure and containers.
This role involves working on a hands-on engineering project where you'll own critical components end-to-end: from design to deployment. You'll have opportunities to collaborate within an experienced team take direction from peers & mentors in order raise engineering standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (minimum 4 years)
* Advanced Python skills (production backend/services) Strong experience with large language models including prompt engineering context management proven experience designing RAG semantic search systems hands-on experience embeddings vector databases strong understanding PDF internals extraction layout-related processing built operate reliable scalable production systems observability performance
