We are now seeking an experienced Sales person to join our team.
The Role:
This is a full time, permanent position.
As a Furniture Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and helping customers find the perfect furniture solutions for their homes.
You'll work as part of a small, friendly team in a fast-paced retail environment with great potential for personal growth and earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in-store, providing expert product knowledge and guidance
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product range, promotions, and store layout
Handle sales transactions and process orders accurately
Assist with merchandising, store displays, and maintaining store presentation
Support team members and contribute to a positive, customer-focused work environment
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven track record in furniture or high-value retail sales (essential)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
Professional, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required
