IT Manager – Healthcare ServicesOur client, alarge multi-national healthcare services providerwith operations across multiplelocations in Ireland, is seeking an experiencedIT Managerto join their Head Office team in Dublin 24.This is a hands-on leadership role, managing day-to-day IT operations while working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure and compliant IT services that support both clinical and business operations.The RoleReporting to the Head of IT, you will:Manage IT infrastructure across multiple sites (networks, cloud, servers and end-user devices)Lead the IT Service Desk function (internal and third-party)Oversee cybersecurity controls, patching, access management and incident responseManage Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, including identity and endpoint managementDrive service improvement, system upgrades and IT projectsLine-manage 2 IT Service Desk Engineers and coordinate external vendorsThe PersonStrong experience in IT infrastructure and operationsSolid networking knowledge (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)Good understanding of cybersecurity best practicesStrong experience with Microsoft Azure, M365 and cloud-first environmentsPrevious IT Service Desk experience, including third-party supportExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsOccasional travel to other Irish sites required so a Full driving licence is required (pool car provided)Experience in healthcare or regulated environments would be an adantageFor further information, please contactKeithon or email
