Quality Engineer (m/f/d)
As a Quality Engineer at Sonova Consumer Hearing Ireland, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our Sennheiser products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
You will be part of a passionate, forward-thinking team, continuously improving our manufacturing processes and quality systems to deliver world-class consumer hearing solutions.

More About The Role
Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO **** and other regulatory standards.
Lead and support validation and qualification of products, equipment, and processes to ensure top-tier quality in Sennheiser products.
Act as the main representative for internal and external audits, including external certification bodies
Provide quality engineering expertise across production and engineering, ensuring all processes are compliant, efficient, and customer-focused.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Sonova eXcellence methodologies — optimising production capacity, reliability, and process performance.
Support Customer Complaint, CAPA, and Non-Conformance management to strengthen product reliability and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with R&D, Operations Engineering, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to achieve outstanding product and process quality.
More About You
Degree in Quality Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
3–5 years of experience in a quality engineering or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality tools, data analysis, and ISO **** requirements.
Experience working in a continuous improvement or lean manufacturing setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communicator with a hands-on, proactive mindset and strong collaboration skills.
Familiarity with Sonova eXcellence or Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
