Compliance and Safety Administrator Job Opportunity
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Compliance and Safety Administrator to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a source of information and guidance on the Mental Health Act 2001 and ensure compliance with all provisions.
* Develop and maintain systems and procedures to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient administration of statutory requirements.
* Liaise with MHC appointed legal representatives and Independent Consultant Psychiatrists.
* Monitor the implementation of audit schedules, assist with audit completion, and implement recommendations.
* Manage Document Control Database (QPulse) to ensure policies and forms are reviewed within timelines.
* Work closely with the Head of Quality, Risk, Compliance & Patient Administration and department heads to prepare for annual inspections by regulators.
Quality and Compliance
Ensure client compliance with legislation, regulatory standards, national standards, and good practice in quality, risk, and compliance management via monitoring systems. Work closely with the Head of Quality, Risk, Compliance & Patient Administration to prepare for annual inspections.
Incident and Risk Management
Support and assist department heads and line managers with risk assessments and risk registers. Review incidents on the electronic incident management system QPulse daily and work with line managers and heads of departments to trend adverse incidents as required.
Requirements
* Knowledge or experience working with mental health.
* At least 2 years of experience.
* Any QRC experience.

* Competitive salary range: €38-42K.
* 39 hours per week.
