Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for inbound leads — demo requests, webinar attendees, and marketing-generated prospects.
* Qualify prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to uncover budget, authority, need, and timeline.
* Book discovery meetings for our Account Executives.
* Run targeted outbound campaigns to key accounts and personas.
* Use Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Cognism to create pipeline.
* Collaborate with Marketing and AEs to fine-tune messaging and targeting.
* Keep Salesforce spotless and share insights to improve future campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years in a sales or customer-facing role (SDR, BDR, B2B Inside Sales, etc.)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Resilience in outbound prospecting and comfort handling rejection
* A curious, coachable mindset with a genuine interest in customer challenges
* Bonus: SaaS or contact-centre knowledge, and experience with Salesforce or Salesloft
