Job Title: Customer Retention Advisor
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and bonus structure, with a base salary of €30,000 per year. In addition to this, you will also receive a generous bonus, which is uncapped.
About the Role
This is a hybrid position, where you will work from our office in Sandyford, Dublin 18, as well as have the flexibility to work remotely. As a customer retention advisor, your primary responsibility will be to retain existing customers through face-to-face interactions and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
* Retail existing customers face-to-face and over the phone
* Action warm leads
* Use all retention tools available to encourage customers to stay with our company
* Manage daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A proven track record of achieving retention or sales targets
* At least one year's experience working in an inside sales or door-to-door sales environment
* Experience using CRM systems (although not essential)
* The ability to work on your own initiative
* Excellent objective handling, problem-solving and relationship management skills
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
