* Experience in new business sales and analysis.
* Experience working in the Polish market in order to support our clients in the region.
* Expertise in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly in Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
* Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and achieve goals to drive growth.

Google's Customer Onboarding team is a rapidly growing arm of the Google Customer Solutions organization. We work with brand new customers to make Google Ads successful for their businesses. Our mission is to enable the first taste of long-term success. We do that by working with customers on defining their digital advertising strategy and marketing objectives. Our primary customers include start-ups, fintechs and retail customers. We help them utilize Google ads solutions for their business.
As a Customer Onboarding Strategist, you will help set up these high-value customers for immediate success through a clearly defined onboarding process. You will educate new customers, help solve problems, drive strategy and ensure the smooth adoption of our products. Throughout our customer life-cycles, we prioritize delivering a fantastic customer experience, and onboarding is the first process.

Responsibilities
* Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
* Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard.
* Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
* Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
* Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
