You will join our experienced team supporting our projects across the country.This is an excellent opportunity for career driven individuals to grow and develop within one of Ireland's fastest growing engineering companies.Training will be provided for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with company proceduresRequest and obtain utility records from service providers (water, gas, electricity, telecoms)Maintain a structured database of utility records and correspondence within the company’s online systemDistribute utility information to project teams in a timely and efficient mannerTrack requests and follow up with utility providers to avoid delaysHighlight missing, unclear, or high-risk utility data to project teamsRequirementsStrong organisational and administrative skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systemsKnowledge of civil engineering and utilities is an advantageBasic understanding of utility mapping is desirableAbility to work independently and use initiativeAbility to work to tight deadlines.*Salary figures advertised are for guidance, packages are based on candidate experience*
