They are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a key infrastructure project based in South Dublin. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations on site, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Coordinate site teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow. Ensure all health & safety, environmental, and quality standards are strictly adhered to. Liaise with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain accurate site records, manage resources, and monitor progress. Oversee quality control and resolve any site issues as they arise. Requirements: 5+ years experience in a Site Manager role, ideally on civils or infrastructure projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors. Solid understanding of health and safety legislation. Relevant construction tickets (e.g., Safe Pass, Manual Handling). Full, clean driving licence.
