Our client, a leading innovator in sensing technologies for electrical utilities and industrial customers, is seeking a Sourcing Specialist (Procurement) to join their Lisburn based team on an ongoing contract basis. As a key member of a small and dynamic Sourcing Team, you'll help ensure a robust, cost-effective supply chain, supporting new product introductions, supplier selection, and component delivery for cutting edge systems used within the power & utilities industry. Key Responsibilities: Manage RFQs and negotiate with global suppliers to ensure quality, pricing, and delivery targets. Support NPI projects, engineering changes, and supplier transitions. Lead supplier reviews and collaborate with engineering and quality teams on supply challenges. The candidate: 2+ years in a senior buying/purchasing role within manufacturing. Skilled negotiator and problem-solver, with a sharp commercial mindset. Proficient in Excel and comfortable engaging with global supply chains. Desirable: 3rd level qualification. Experience with global RFQs, supplier evaluations, and risk mitigation strategies.
