**Role Summary:**
The Claims Handler position is a key role in our team, responsible for proactively managing and handling personal injury and liability claims. As a Claims Handler, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that customer charters are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactive management of a portfolio of claims while demonstrating exceptional customer service at all times;
You will be responsible for registering new claims, liaising with relevant stakeholders, interpreting policy cover, indemnity endorsements exclusions evaluating liability through desktop investigation instruction of external resources negotiating settlement directly claimants solicitors attending court trials settlements other consultations maintaining effective relationships external contacts supporting team administration-
Skills & Experience Required:
* CIP Dip CII Grandfathered or ACII qualification;
