Responsibilities Serve as a key accounting contact during new investment transactions, offering technical accounting insights and support for entity structuring. Collaborate with internal teams, including Asset Management, Legal, and Tax, to provide accounting-focused analysis and recommendations during deal structuring discussions. Review management accounts prepared by external service providers to ensure compliance with accounting standards in multiple jurisdictions. Oversee the preparation and review of annual IFRS financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting standards, and manage audit processes with external auditors. Participate in strategic accounting projects, focusing on process enhancement, automation initiatives, and integration of AI technologies. Requirements Bachelors degree in accounting and professional certification such as CPA, ACA, or ACCA. 2-3 years of experience in public accounting or auditing, preferably within Financial Services, Private Equity, or Hedge Funds. Strong technical understanding of IFRS and US GAAP, with excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data tools like Alteryx is advantageous. Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
