Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally
* Provide information on hotel services and facilities
* Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
* Handle cash transactions and balance tills daily
* Resolve guest queries and concerns professionally
* Conduct shift handovers and communicate relevant updates
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
* Previous front office or reception experience in a hotel is essential
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
* Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern, including weekends and holidays
* Ability to multitask and prioritise efficiently
* Excellent attention to detail
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
* Legal authorisation to work and reside in Ireland
