Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with My Life culture and objectives.
Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
Oversee employee relations and handle workplace issues professionally.
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Manage the co‑ordination of training and development initiatives.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Lead the process of workforce planning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
HR Certification / CIPD membership desirable.
Experience in strategic HR planning and organisational development.
