What You'll Need to Succeed
1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
2. Accreditation with SEAI as a Domestic and Non-Domestic BER Assessor (essential).
3. Proven experience in IES-VE software for dynamic simulation modelling.
4. Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and energy performance compliance.
5. Experience with CIBSE TM52, TM59, TM54, BB101, DoES TGDs, Psi Values, and Daylighting assessments.
6. Excellent communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
8. Accreditation with LEED or Home Performance Index (HPI) is desirable but not essential.
9. Experience mentoring junior engineers is a plus.
