Be Independent Homecare are now recruiting an experienced Care Manager to join our wonderful growing team in Dublin. The Care Manager will report to the Regional Operations Manager and will form part of the Management Team. This is an exciting management opportunity in a quality driven and supportive company.
The main functions of the role are:
* Lead our team of Care Supervisors and support the team in the delivery of client centred, quality driven care.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families and other relevant stakeholders.
* Communicating all aspects of our services in a professional and reassuring manner.
* Engaging with the HSE in accepting new client referrals that best utilise existing carer resources to achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets and commencing home care packages in agreed time frame.
Skills and Qualifications
* Experience of supervision/leadership in the fields of Homecare/Social care/Healthcare/Community.
* Qualification in Management, Nursing, Social Care or a related field.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with attention to detail
* Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team.
* You must possess strong leadership and organisational skills and must have a passion for making a difference and delivering quality care.
* The ability to multitask, to work under pressure and to use their own initiative.

* Salary €45,000 to €50,000 per annum, DOE.
