About the Role
The successful candidate will:
Lead and deliver psychology services in line with professional standards and best practice
Provide specialist psychological assessment, intervention and consultation
Support Positive Behaviour Support approaches across services
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues, families and support teams
Contribute to service development, clinical leadership and staff support
Promote evidence-based, person-centred practice across the organisation
Essential Requirements
Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PSI accredited or equivalent recognised qualification)
Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience as a Clinical Psychologist
Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities
Experience in Autism, Positive Behaviour Support and/or mental health
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Full clean driver's licence and access to a car
