Job Overview
The Associate Director, Program Management role is a global expert in program management responsible for overseeing major global programs and projects across disciplines and multiple manufacturing locations.
This position organizes and leads high-performing cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of device and combination product industrialization programs.
Main Responsibilities
1. Define and document program scope, execution strategies, resources, deliverables and milestones using various program management tools.
2. Create, implement and maintain PM tools, develop cost estimates, secure funding/resources through financial planning and long-range planning processes.
3. Assemble and lead cross-functional resources to form effective, inclusive, high-performing teams; mentor and develop program and project managers.
4. Communicate the program execution strategy, deliverables and milestones to internal and external stakeholders to foster engagement and alignment.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or closely related discipline, or equivalent technical experience; Master's degree preferred
* 15+ years of experience in process development, project management, engineering/process support and manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of GMP manufacturing, supply chain, validation, engineering, CMC technical development and pharmaceutical regulations
