Responsibilities
* Assist with planning, organizing, and managing food & beverage service to hotel standards.
* Ensure all team members are trained and aware of Standard Operating Procedures in food & beverage outlets.
* Assist with staff rostering and holiday requests.
* Ensure opening and closing procedures are conducted according to SOPs.
* Maintain the appearance and tidiness of service areas.
* Delegate tasks fairly and correctly to F&B staff.
* Ensure service preparation is completed before service times.
* Provide the highest standard of guest care and communicate hotel services effectively.
Please note that this position may require availability to start from early morning on some days.
