Event Customer Care Team - Dublin
Sword are recruiting for Event Customer Care Team Members for seasonal, casual/ad-hoc support roles in Dublin.
Responsibilities
* Work alongside our operations team to deliver excellent customer care services.
* Provide information and direction to customers
* Comply with the instructions of your team leader
* Ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures.
Requirements
* Must be 18 years old.
* Proven experience in a customer care or steward role is preferred.
* A positive and energetic approach to your job.
* Must be willing to work as part of the team.
* Ability to be on your feet for an extended period.
* Excellent communication skills.
* The ability to smile
Salary: €13.50 per hour & Sunday Premium
