Purpose-led work you’ll be part of
As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of solutions-driven and problem-solving individuals, applying your technology experience and stakeholder management to drive forward projects and programmes from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include:
* Leading the implementation of SAP solutions and improving business processes;
* Turning client requirements into value-adding, SAP-based business solutions;
* Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections;
* Demonstrating intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success with the SAP product suite;
* Interacting with experienced client buyers and/or influencers and making a significant contribution to the development of new SAP business in the Irish market;
* Developing implementation proposals;
* Developing practice marketing materials, including whitepapers, practice methodologies and case studies;
* Developing staff by supporting SAP training, mentoring and on-the-job coaching;
* Working across the PwC network to leverage solutions and assets.
Your Profile
* Full lifecycle experience of a medium-to-large SAP implementation with S/4HANA;
* Working knowledge of SAP implementation methodology (ASAP, Activate);
* Integration between core S/4 and other line-of-business applications (SuccessFactors etc);
* Ability to advise on deployment options (RISE, private cloud, hyperscalers) at a business level;
* Strong problem solving skills with a focus on pragmatic solutions within the SAP standard best practice framework;
* Ability to lead a team and manage stakeholders;
* Strong written, oral and presentation skills;
* Strong workshop / meeting facilitation skills.
