About the Job:
The INFANT Research Centre at UCC is now seeking a dynamic candidate to fill the key position of Senior Programme Manager.
This research programme is a Strategic Research Partnership Programme funded by Science Foundation Ireland and the Cerebral Palsy Foundation.
As a member of the Management Team, you will contribute operational expertise in the development and implementation of organisational strategies, policies, practices, projects, delivery of KPIs, reporting and the development of funding proposals.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the ELEVATE Research Programme, manage and ensure full implementation of the programme policies and procedures, and engage effectively with key stakeholders and funders.
Key Responsibilities:
* To ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the ELEVATE Research Programme
* To manage and ensure full implementation of the programme policies and procedures
* To engage effectively with key stakeholders and funders
* To work closely with the ELEVATE Programme executive and management teams
* To contribute operational expertise in the development and implementation of organisational strategies, policies, practices, projects, delivery of KPIs, reporting and the development of funding proposals
Requirements:
* Proactive, enthusiastic, very organised and capable of managing a heavy and diverse workload
* Able to work under pressure and effectively manage many competing demands simultaneously
