Aureol Global Connections is actively seeking five M E Coordinators to join our talented team.
As an M E Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the management and coordination of Mechanical and Electrical (M E) aspects of our projects.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with project teams to ensure that M E systems are designed, installed, and operated effectively and safely within project specifications.
You will oversee the coordination between different disciplines, manage site activities, and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities Coordinate all M E activities between contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Review design specifications and work closely with engineers to validate that M E systems meet project requirements.
Conduct site inspections and monitor installation processes to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards.
Manage project schedules and coordinate resources to ensure timely completion of M E tasks.
Identify and address any M E-related issues and conflicts promptly to avoid project delays.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to M E systems, including plans, reports, and records of inspections.
Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely acquisition of materials and equipment for M E work.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in M E technologies and practices.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in M E coordination or a similar role within the construction or engineering sector.
Strong understanding of M E systems, standards, and regulations.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for design and project management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
