Legal Pricing Projects ManagerLocation: Dublin - Fully onsiteContract: 12 months contract - Extension is possibleA Fortune 50 Technology Company is looking for a Legal Projects Manager in EMEA with 6+ years' experience in Outside Counsel Management (in EMEA); Vendor Management; Law Firm Pricing; and Project Management.Job responsibilitiesSupport the Legal Operations Manager, EMEA Lead with:Running a law firm panel process from start to finish;Legal market analysis and benchmarking to support (and agree) rate negotiations with law firms;Drafting process documents, training decks and rolling out training to EMEA Legal teams re mandatory operational processes;Operationalising negotiated value-adds into BAU processes;Updating Google Hub and SharePoint sites;Spend management, data tracking and leadership reporting initiatives;Ad hoc assistance for the Legal Operations Manager, EMEA with supporting key stakeholder requirements (EMEA Legal, Finance, Comms).RequirementsPrior experience at both an in-house legal department and a law firm/legal consulting service provider in EMEA.5+ years' working in Legal Pricing / Sourcing / Project Management.Creating and running panel processes.Legal pricing experience specifically knowledge of AFAs and experience in negotiating AFAs.Technologically savvy and experienced with Google and Microsoft suites especially SharePoint and PowerBI.5+ years' experience in developing/implementing solutions or operational improvements.Have knowledge of involvement in procurement or sourcing.Strong experience talking to senior stakeholders.Must have knowledge and benchmark information and obtain the rates that are good value for money.Exposure to AIBy applying here you agree to RECRUITERS storing your CV in our secure applicant tracking system (ATS; Bullhorn).
