Our client in the entertainment industry is currently an HR Generalist who can support a broad range of people-focused activities across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Manage the full HR cycle, supporting colleagues at every stage with clear and practical guidance. Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinaries, Oversee all payroll administration tasks, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective coordination with finance and external partners. Managing the HRIS system Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures Assist with the development and implementation of training programmes and carry out various HR Projects and Initiatives Ideal Candidate 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist Experience supporting employee relations cases, including handling grievances and investigations. Practical payroll experience, Working knowledge of employment law Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
