Inside Sales Specialist
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to manage and grow our customer base.
* Manage a portfolio of customers, focusing on revenue growth and retention through proactive engagement.
* Generate accurate sales quotes within 24 hours of request, coordinating with Operations and Finance teams to manage the full order lifecycle.
* Log all customer interactions in CRM, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date records.
* Monitor and report on customer responsiveness and activity using CRM tools and engagement metrics.
* Share pricing updates and product news with customers via Odoo and WhatsApp.
* Adhere to service level agreements, including quote turnaround within 24 hours and order entry within 48 hours.
Requirements:
* 13 years experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support (B2 B environment preferred)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience with CRM systems (Odoo or similar)
* High attention to detail, accuracy, and operational discipline
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset
* Familiarity with solar products or renewable energy sector is an advantage
