Benefits Free employee meals on duty50% Off F&B in all properties€/£60 employee rate on rooms for all Dalata-owned hotels30% off the Friends & Family rateExtra AL day for every year worked (5 days to a maximum of 5 days)Employee Assistance ProgrammeCycle to Work Scheme/Transport SchemesSAYE (Save As You Earn Scheme)Development Opportunities through our Dalata Academy to support your career journeyYour Job: Assist the Leisure Club Manager and oversee the gym during the Manager's absence, ensuring the daily operations and staffing of a safe and effective Leisure Club.Support the leisure club manager with employee training and development, employee engagement and any HR issues.To help implement and maintain the highest standard operating procedures for all service areas.Liaise with the General Manager and Leisure Club manager regarding all operational issues.Drive sales and role model exemplary customer service for all items.Contribute to the customer service experience through managing membership retention and customer queries.Develop the team and their capabilities in line with business goals.What You Need: Candidates must meet the following qualifications:Knowledge and experience using Fitness Club CRM softwareAt least 6 months of prior experience as a Leisure Centre Supervisor or Assistant ManagerFluent in both written and spoken EnglishFully qualified and certified Gym Instructor desirable but not essentialFully qualified and certified Lifeguard desirable but not essentialCertified in Occupational First Aid (preferred not essential)Certified Pool Plant Room Operator (certificate must be up to date) – desirable but not essentialAbout Us Dalata Hotel Group – We bring theheartof hospitalityto every hotel we own and operate.
