Production Manager
This role is for a proactive and results-driven individual who can lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of 20+ staff in a heavy industrial setting.
* Report to and support the Plant Manager.
* Drive performance improvements, implement Lean/Six Sigma principles, and monitor KPIs.
Requirements:
* Proven leadership experience in production teams (20+).
* Strong background in process improvement, Lean/Six Sigma, and KPIs.
* Practical approach and confidence to take ownership.
Qualifications:
* Degree or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Proven experience managing teams of 20+ staff.
