Job Title: Senior Civils Supervisor

The Role:
This is an opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career in the construction industry with a progressive company.
You will be responsible for overseeing civils work activities onsite, ensuring compliance with regulations and project specifications. You will work closely with site personnel to deliver projects to the highest possible standard.
Responsibilities:
* Health and Safety: Ensure all requirements are met and safety protocols on site are maintained at the highest standard.
* Supervise and coordinate civils trades on-site.
* Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
* Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
* Ordering of materials – stone and concrete, drainage etc.
* Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
* Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues that arise.
* Maintain strict compliance with construction requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
A successful candidate will possess:
* CSCS card holder.
* Valid Safe Pass.
* Experience in groundworks and drainage, working on live roads, traffic management, footpaths, concrete, and kerbing.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
* Ability to work to deadlines.
* Enthusiastic, committed self-starter with proactive problem-solving approach.
* IT Literate.
* Site Organisation Skills.
