Facilities Maintenance Role
You will undergo comprehensive training at our Academy to acquire vital skills and collaborate with experienced colleagues.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a productive workflow, utilizing resources for painting, decorating, and general upkeep effectively.
* Investigate and resolve equipment and control system issues promptly.
* Forge strong relationships with all departments within the hotel.
* E nsure maintenance work adheres to professional and safety standards rigorously.
* Comply with health and safety regulations and HACCP procedures diligently.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
* Safe Pass certification is advantageous.
* Qualifications in painting are beneficial.
* You must be self-motivated, able to prioritize tasks efficiently, detail-oriented, and driven by high standards.
* Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and flexible with working hours.
* An excellent command of English is necessary.
