About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Operations Manager to oversee the processing and quality checking of dealing transactions. This role involves day-to-day oversight of document management, investigating and resolving enquiries, preparing financial reports, and providing on-the-job training and coaching to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of transaction processing and quality checking
* Day-to-day document management and enquiry resolution
* Preparation of financial reports and analysis
* On-the-job training and coaching for team members
* Work flow distribution and resource allocation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to set priorities and manage deadlines. A college or university degree and/or relevant work experience is required, with supervisory experience being desirable.
