Job Role Overview:
* We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs efficiently and effectively.
* This role involves overseeing staff performance, providing guidance and training, and maintaining high levels of customer service.
* Key responsibilities include managing inventory, conducting stock control and replenishment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* The successful candidate will also handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner, contribute to sales targets, and participate in promotional activities.
* Additional duties include staff scheduling and shift planning, as well as maintaining store cleanliness and presentation standards.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* A proven track record in a retail environment, preferably in a supermarket or convenience store setting.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff members.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Location and Eligibility:
* The ideal candidate will be based in Limerick City Centre, with eligibility restricted to EU passport holders or those with Stamp 4 residency.
