JOB DETAILSIbec, the group that represents Irish business, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Strategy & Transformation Executive to join our dynamic Strategy & Transformation team. This is a pivotal role at the heart of a small, high-impact team, offering an exceptional opportunity to support the development and execution of key strategic initiatives. You will be the central point of coordination, ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of the team. This opportunity will appeal to individuals who are keen to develop their careers in the strategy and/or project management areas. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The closing dates for applications is 15th December 2025.ABOUT THE ROLEMeeting & Project Cadence: Manage the rhythm of the strategy office by preparing agendas, attending key meetings to capture decisions and action items, and proactively tracking follow-ups on strategic initiatives and projects to ensure deadlines are met.Calendar Management: Proactively align the calendar with key strategic priorities, resolving conflicts, and ensuring all briefing materials are prepared and issued to attendees in advance.Information & Communication: Serve as a key point of contact and liaison for the strategy office, expertly filtering and triaging high-volume communications, drafting correspondence, and handling highly confidential information with absolute discretion.Executive-Level Preparation: Draft and/or proof-read meeting materials, including presentations and internal communications, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the business context.Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the business. Logistics Management: Seamlessly coordinate event logistics from start to finish, anticipating needs and managing all details.Process Optimisation: Proactively identify and implement improvements to office workflows and administrative processes, leveraging technology (e.g., project management tools, automation) to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the strategy team.Financial Administration: Manage purchases, PO's and financial administration.
