This is a great opportunity for a Cluster Sales Manager or a Sales Manager ready to take on 2 properties. Someone with a branded background is best or with knowledge of the Dublin market. As Cluster Sales Manager you will have key involvement in all strategies required for the sales and marketing of all accommodation segments, events, food and beverage, meeting room rental. You will oversee the development and implementation of brand and group strategies. Within the above, the role also has direct responsibility for the overall sales performance of segments of business (Consortia, FIT, Corporate, Wholesale/Tour Operator and Groups). Whilst profitability for the group is the number one priority for this position, it must be accompanied by a focus on outstanding quality of service, attention to detail and product for our customers. The Cluster Sales Manager also works directly with the Group Sales and Marketing Director and General Manager's on budgets, forecasts, yield strategies, and rates to ensure that business goals are achieved. To carry out duties in accordance with statutory, health and safety requirements.
This is a proactive sales role and you will be a Cluster Sales Manager with good connections in the city and wider area. You will bring new business to the hotels.
To be considered for this role, you must have a few years' experience in Hotel Sales as a Manager. Someone with no hotel sales experience will not be considered.
