Limerick, IrelandJob Description: Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst for our End to End Planning team.
This role plays a critical part in enhancing our supply chain optimization and synchronization processes.
The successful candidate will conduct sophisticated assessments in support of driving programs and processes that will improve our planning capabilities within surgical vision.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrong analytical skills that will drive data to support optimisation of processes within SV end to end planning.Delivers key components of projects, programs, or processes for the end-to-end planning area.Implements processes to optimize the end-to-end value stream within the current supply chain (SC) infrastructure.Solid understanding of the IBP (integrated planning process) and ensure the optimisation of this process across all planning groups in SV.Helps establish and implement standard methodologies in end-to-end planning.Integrates changes proposed for products while ensuring that implementation, supply, and availability are not affected.Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with the team.Education RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Master's degree or professional certification (such as APICS or SCM certification) is preferred.Experience RequirementsDemonstrated ability and progression in supply chain planning or a related field.Consistent record in supply chain optimization techniques and IBP processes.Strong analytical skills for data assessment and decision-making.#indjp
