Our team is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated field service professional to join our global customer services group. This individual will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional onsite technical support and training to biomedical engineering teams within healthcare facilities.
The position involves maintaining and servicing cutting-edge medical technologies, including Infusion Devices, Automated Dispensing Cabinets, and Pharmacy Robotics. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliable performance of critical medical systems through corrective repairs, preventative maintenance, and compliance with Medical Device Regulations.

* Provide expert on-site or remote technical support & training
* Maintain accurate documentation & reporting in customer service management systems
* Built strong relationships that drive commercial growth & operational efficiencies
We welcome applicants who possess strong I.T. backgrounds, experience with Windows operating systems & networking technologies troubleshooting skills are also essential.
Key Qualifications:
* Educated to ONC/HNC (Level 5) Electronic Engineering discipline or equivalent work experience
* Demonstrable IT knowledge with CompTIA Network+ certification an advantage
